Jessica Nieto is the Founder and Director of LEAP HTX.
With more than 20 years of experience in youth programming, arts education, and operations, Jessica has dedicated her career to creating enriching experiences that help children thrive.
As both a Field Elementary parent and education advocate, she understands the importance of providing families with high-quality after-school care that is safe, engaging, and centered on each child's growth.
Her vision for LEAP is simple: create a place where children feel welcomed, inspired, and excited to learn every day after school.

At LEAP HTX, every afternoon is designed with purpose at Field Elementary. We believe the hours after school should be just as meaningful as the school day itself.
